Altius may generate recommendations relating to:

• marketing campaigns;
• seasonal promotions;
• offers and events;
• user experience improvements;
• website performance.

These recommendations are generated using automated systems and industry best practice.

They are intended to assist decision making only.

No recommendation is published automatically.

You remain solely responsible for reviewing and approving every change before publication.

You retain ownership of all content you upload or publish using Altius.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• logos;

• pricing;

You grant Altius a limited licence to store, process and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

You are solely responsible for everything published through your website.

You confirm that you have all necessary rights, licences and permissions to use all content submitted to or published using Altius.

This includes:

• stock photography;
• fonts;
• icons;
• graphics;
• logos;
• trademarks;
• videos;
• written content;
• downloadable documents;
• third-party assets.

Altius accepts no responsibility for copyright infringement, licensing disputes or other legal claims arising from customer content.

Although Altius may prepare suggested content, you remain entirely responsible for anything you choose to publish.

You should review every suggestion before approving it.

Altius does not guarantee the legal accuracy, factual accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content.

The Altius platform, software, branding, source code, user interface, designs, documentation and underlying technology remain the exclusive property of [Legal Company Name].

• deploy new features;
• install security updates;
• perform maintenance.

Where reasonably practical, we will seek to minimise disruption.

Altius is not responsible for failures or interruptions caused by third-party providers outside our reasonable control.

Any references to improved performance, search visibility, conversions, engagement or similar metrics represent estimates, recommendations or illustrative examples only.

Actual results will depend upon numerous factors beyond our control.

Altius makes no guarantee regarding:

• website traffic;
• enquiries;
• bookings;
• revenue;
• conversions;
• business performance.

You agree not to:

• use the Services unlawfully;
• upload malicious software;
• interfere with the operation of the platform;
• attempt unauthorised access;
• infringe the intellectual property rights of others;
• use Altius to distribute illegal, fraudulent or harmful content.

We may suspend or terminate access immediately where we reasonably believe:

• these Terms have been breached;
• payment remains overdue;
• the Services are being abused;
• unlawful activity is suspected;
• continued access presents a security risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Altius shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses, including loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, anticipated savings or data arising from your use of the Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
